Practice Pranayama Cooling Breath Sheetali Pranayama

One of Ayurveda’s most common anger management tips is to follow a soothing and cooling diet. Believe it or not, the things you feed your body can contribute a great deal to anger issues.

·        Dark leafy greens

·        Coconut

·        Cucumber

·        Berries

·        Sweet and juicy fruits

·        Astringent foods like cauliflower and chickpeas

 Life Style: - Stay at cool places, applying sandalwood paste over the body, decorating the house with blossoms, wearing light clothes and napping during the day are suggested. Too much exercise and hard work and alcoholic drinks should be avoided.

Being at cool places, applying sandalwood paste over the body, wearing light and thin clothes, and taking a nap during the daytime will benefit. Alcohol intake is forbidden as well as exercise and exposure to the sun should be avoided.

Avoid: Alcohol, caffeine, pungent food, excessively salty and sour food, as well as red meat can make you angry.

Anger is actually a normal healthy emotion of human beings, but the place of anger manifestation and the quantity needed control.

Tips to overcome anger.

1) Patience, patience, patience.

2) To be calm today. Plan a better fight tomorrow.

3) listen to another person fool before opening mouth.
